Is Copic going out of business?
Production of Copic Various Ink has been discontinued. This may explain that as of this writing (5/28/2020) almost all of the Various Ink refills were sold out at Blick, Jerry’s Artarama, and most online retailers.

Should Copic markers be stored horizontally?
To prevent the ink from accumulating on one side, we recommend storing Copic markers and Multiliners horizontally (however, even if the ink accumulates on one side, you would be able to use the marker/Multiliner again after putting it on the other side and waiting for a while).

COPIC is the original, premium alcohol-based refillable marker in Sketch, Ciao, Classic, and Ink product lines.
Can you use watercolor over Copic?
Working with both Copics and Watercolors is fairly easy. Whenever I work with Copic, I try to work from light to dark, applying a base layer of color down to prevent streaking and to saturate the paper. Watercolor paper like Fluid takes marker really well, but it’s thirsty and can dry your markers out.
Are Promarkers better than Copics?
The Copics are easier to get a good grip on and easy to manoeuvre. They are alcohol-based ink, which is the same as the Promarker, and to be quite honest I feel the inks and the colour range of both brands are really good.

Which is better Copic or Ohuhu?
At first blush, the quality of Ohuhu seems quite similar to the quality of Copics. The Ohuhu brush tip feels great and the colors blend pretty well, as you would expect from alcohol markers. One major difference in quality has to do with the brush tip fraying that I mentioned above.
How do you organize Copic Sketch markers?
The most common way to organize your markers is by how often you use certain colors. That way, the markers that you use the most are always close at hand. Another way to store them is by color. You can keep all your reds, blues, greens, and other colors in their own separate compartment.

Break the well-ingrained habit of storing pens right side up for the “felt tip exception.” Items like markers, sharpies, and highlighters should be stored upside down to prevent them from drying out. Keeping the ink in contact with the felt tip fibers might help your writing utensil last a bit longer.
