- Check your child’s sleeping schedule. Most 24-months-olds should be going to bed between 7 and 7:30 pm, sometimes earlier if they’re not napping much during the day.
- Tighten up your bedtime rules.
- Hang onto the nap.
- Don’t ditch the cot.
