How do I access HRC?
Under Soldier Services click the “My Records” button. Enter your AKO Login and password, your DS Logon or use your CAC. See the HRC Portal Login Guide or the DS Logon Help Center for more information on DS Logon information. After you have logged in, click on the appropriate component icon.
Where can I see army SRB?
Soldier Self Service. Soldiers can log into iPERMS to view their documents using the above link. Soldiers can log into the HRC Portal to view their iPERMS documents. The HRC Portal is enabled for CAC, AKO and DS Logon.
How do I get my army officer record brief?
Go to Army AKO at Select “ORB: Officer Record Brief”/ “ERB: Enlisted Record Brief” link under Army Links column on right side of the screen. Once forwarded to the ORB/ERB page, select the “view/print” button. Save as a PDF to your desktop, where they can be easily retrieved.
How do you do army personnel records review?
To complete your record review, you must log into and select the Reviews tab. The Soldier view your Record guide has Record Review information beginning on page 8.

Soldiers review their ARB on the Reserve Component Management System (RCMS) Self-Service Site at Once logged in, select My Record Brief, select View to open the ARB, and identify any missing and/or incorrect data.

What is Army PRR?
The Record Manager role is for personnel whose official duties require them to conduct record reviews. Although all Soldiers will be able to view their personal records within the Record Review Tool (RRT), only Human Resource professionals with the Record Manager role will be able to view the records of other Soldiers.
